  • We do not collect, store, or process patient health records or medical images.
  • Communication channels, including SMS or email, are for authorized institutional inquiries only.
  • Marketing, newsletters, or promotional messages to patients are not sent.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of RadiCentur via https://radicentur.com, including any Short Message Service (SMS) communications, you agree to these Terms of Use & SMS Privacy Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

RadiCentur provides teleradiology, medical billing, coding, credentialing, and transcription services to healthcare institutions. We do not provide medical care directly to patients. All messaging and communication channels, including SMS, are intended for authorized healthcare providers and institutional accounts only.

3. Definitions

  • “Opt‑In” refers to requesting, agreeing, enrolling, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from RadiCentur.
  • “Text Message Service” includes any arrangement in which RadiCentur sends text messages (SMS) to your mobile phone number.

4. Consenting to Text Messaging

By consenting to receive SMS from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. You also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP.

5. SMS Privacy Terms

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit text messages and respond to you. We may share your information with platform providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist us in delivering messages. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 6. Costs of Text Messages

We do not charge you for SMS messages sent or received via this service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

7. Message Frequency

You may receive recurring messages related to your account, case updates, or institutional communications. Frequency may vary depending on the number of cases or communications you have with RadiCentur. Typically, you will receive up to 5 messages per month per phone number.

8. Opting Out of Text Messages

If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any message. After unsubscribing, we may send a confirmation via text.

10. Limitation of Liability

Use of SMS or other communications does not establish a patient‑provider relationship. RadiCentur is not responsible for decisions based on information accessed through SMS or the website. Services are provided for institutional purposes only.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use & SMS Privacy Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located within your state or country.
